A word, from our clients:
“MD EyeCare is a venture with social impact that has the limitations of any venture and also the great challenge of quantifying its social impact benefits. With a unique talent, Paul understood our mission, read our needs, and expressed our objectives in words and economic projections, creating a more professional and competitive financial structure for us. His work has been instrumental in introducing us to the world of grants and VC. We will be forever grateful to Paul and his team. His experience and business vision has brought order to our organization and planning.”

“Mission Flywheel played a crucial role in helping VITALITE Malawi achieve a sales target of 40,000 solar home system sales under a World Bank-funded project. Their guidance and expertise were instrumental in developing an ambitious sales-driven approach that led to significant business growth and impact. Through our collaboration, we learned the importance of data-driven decisions and empathy in sales. We highly recommend Mission Flywheel to any organization seeking to enhance their sales strategies.”

“I was very fortunate to connect with Paul while I was at Mouse, a nonprofit empowering underserved youth to use technology as a force for good. For 7+ years, he maximized our digital marketing impact, activating our Google Ads grant with a sophisticated campaign that drove $3.3M in advertising value and a 5X increase in website traffic. His support was invaluable in deepening engagement across stakeholders — students, educators, school districts, and donors. He helped us uncover new opportunities that led to significant growth and visibility. Paul is a pleasure to work with and passionate about making a meaningful impact in our world.”

“We are a medical device company attempting to break into a very challenging industry. Our work with Mission Flywheel has given us a clear Go-To-Market path that will be an exceptionally valuable asset as we move forward with investors, customers and employees. I was deeply impressed by Paul’s ability to simplify a complex system into digestible and usable parts. We now are able, with a high degree of confidence, to move forward with a precise plan and budget.“

“Our project had incredibly ambitious sales goals with no clear plan on how to get there. The team was not aligned on what driver to focus on and where to invest their precious time and resources. Mission Flywheel helped us cut through the fog to find clarity, building confidence through a new reseller scorecard, behaviors to improve reseller performance, and changes to sales training to drive these behaviors. We’ve fundamentally shifted how this team thinks about sales!”

His business acumen is spot on, his touch light and his commitment to us obvious. Paul has brought real, lasting value to Project Vara. We’re grateful for the work he has done and will do with us for a long time.”

“We were delighted and impressed with the energy, analytical expertise and practical advice that Mission Flywheel provided when advising to grow earned income for our nonprofit. Paul was easy to work with, clear in his process and respectful of our limited time. He understood our needs and delivered a thoughtful analysis and plan to hone in on what we could do with limited resources to move the needle in the near term, as well as lay the groundwork for bigger improvements downstream. Thank you for giving us strategic actions we are able to implement!”

Why a flywheel?
A flywheel is a mechanical device (used in cars, trucks, trains and aircraft) which stores energy. But what does it actually do?
It captures momentum as energy, storing it for later use.
It mitigates fluctuations in speed.
It makes it easier to change gears.
Listen below for a brief background on the flywheel concept, presented on the Project Good Podcast:
Why Mission Flywheel?
Getting your operation off the ground takes an initial push of herculean proportions.
Once you’ve begun to push, the flywheel is how you store all that energy.
The energy powering your business is not continuous. Markets evolve and your body of intelligence builds on itself.
When your energy comes in ebbs and flows, the flywheel is how you maintain continuous output.
To achieve and maintain relevance to your mission, you need to be making progress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
As long as the engine is on, the flywheel keeps spinning.
